Student opportunities and activities

At Richmond High School, we offer a variety of programs both in and out of the classroom. These extra-curricular activities help students build new skills, make friends and explore passion areas or interests. We strive to recognise and nurture the individual strengths of every student, offering focused HPGE activities for learners who display signs of high potential ability.

Agriculture

Students can develop their thinking, communication and teamwork skills through English Enrichment programs like QUEST.

Sporting Opportunities

Richmond High School has a wide range of sporting teams who compete regularly in Gala Days and local events.

Creative Pathways

Our students have outstanding access and opportunities in the creative arts, with numerous pathways in visual arts, photography, dance and music.

Duke of Edinburgh

Students have the opportunity to participate in Duke of Edinburgh, which involves a range of outdoor expeditions and treks, in the local area and beyond.

English Enrichment

Hands-on Learning

Our students who prefer working hands-on in the outdoors have potential for inclusion in multiple trade-based programs like SHED.
